Job Description

We are looking for Control Engineer or Electrical Engineer with significant proficiency in PLC, HMI, SCADA and Drive programming of different manufacturers like Allen Bradley and Siemens. Experience in Installation & Commissioning of PLC systems. Must be a team player. This position requires travel to offshore locations and may involve extended stays of up to 45 days.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs in the field (offshore operation)
• Technical support in troubleshooting on electrical panels and junction boxes in the field
• Collaborate with offshore personnel to identify and resolve programming and electrical issues
• Assist with training of offshore personnel on PLC programming and maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
• At least 6 month of experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Siemens PLCs
• Familiarity with HMI systems, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Availability for travel to Brazil or other countries for up to 45 days at a time
• Good level of proficiency in the English language

• BOSIET and CA-EBS OPITO training

This is a temporary position for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
